Istanbul, 18 October 2025 – Alkhair Foundation concluded the "Rapid Life-Saving Response in Gaza – Early Recovery Phase" workshop, highlighting that integrated humanitarian response and community empowerment are critical steps toward early recovery.

The final statement recommended the following measures:

• Continue supporting emergency food, water, and health services.

• Provide temporary shelter with a gradual transition to semi-permanent units.

• Revive education through temporary learning centers and online education support.

• Enhance psychosocial support for children, orphans, and widows.

• Manage aid and resources transparently, with implementation monitored by an international committee.

The statement called on all international, regional, and local stakeholders to continue supporting relief efforts and restoring life for Gaza’s children and families, paving the way for recovery and a better future.
